Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Unit Operation Management and Planning

  • Act as the P&L owner for the Sharjah Unit, managing operations across all departments.
  • Implement systems to monitor performance against service objectives and prepare annual service development plans.
  • Develop and implement clinical and non-clinical policies aligned with professional standards.
  • Drive staff recruitment and retention strategies to ensure optimal team composition and skill alignment.
  • Motivate teams to deliver innovative and professional patient care while maintaining high standards of efficiency.

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and partners.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Design and execute campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness of services in the market.
  • Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve team targets.

Financial Management

  • Oversee and manage budgets, monitoring cash flow and expenditures.
  • Provide detailed financial forecasts and regular performance reports.
  • Ensure accurate MIS reporting for management meetings.
  • Align resources with service development goals and legislative requirements.

Human Resources Management

  • Implement effective staff appraisal, monitoring, and mentoring systems.
  • Ensure skill-mix optimization and staff deployment across operations.
  • Collaborate with employees and stakeholders to enhance HR systems and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing clinical services and sales operations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Proficiency in IT systems like Microsoft Office, HIS, HRMS, Salesforce, and CRMS.
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and quality management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Formal management qualification.
  • Experience in financial, project, and performance/contract management.
  • Knowledge of MOH and DHA regulations.
  • Risk management and advanced presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
