Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Design. This role combines strategic corporate sales efforts with an eye for design to deliver customized solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a design-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in corporate client engagement and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:Corporate Sales

• Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client needs and present tailored design-led solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Design & Solution Development

• Work closely with design teams to conceptualize and present creative solutions aligned with client needs.
• Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements and translate them into briefs.
• Ensure design proposals meet client expectations and brand standards.
• Coordinate with execution and production teams for project delivery.

Project & Client Management

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
• Oversee the project timeline, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Handle client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably with exposure to design-focused industries (e.g., interior design, architecture, advertising, fashion, etc.).
• Strong portfolio or track record of successfully closed corporate deals and creative projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design tools (like Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
