Job Title: Assistant Billing Manager

Location: Lahore
Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Billing
Reports to: Billing Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Billing Manager to support day-to-day billing operations and assist in managing the billing team. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring accurate claims submission, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Billing Manager in organizing and coordinating billing operations
  • Supervise billing executives and support team members
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims generation and submission
  • Oversee AR follow-ups and support denial resolution
  • Audit billing entries for accuracy and compliance
  • Support staff training and conduct regular process refreshers
  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly billing reports
  • Address and escalate client concerns professionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 2–4 years of billing experience with team coordination exposure
  • Strong understanding of RCM workflows and billing regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and billing software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
