What you'll do:



Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As a part of the Heroes team, We are seeking a proactive and strategic professional of rider Operations to oversee and support the Operation Leads who manage teams of delivery riders. Reporting directly to senior management, the Assistant Manager will play a key role in optimizing rider operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational efficiency to maintain a high-performing and engaged rider workforce.


  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and pre-deployment process, ensuring medical and visa appointments, DL bookings, and all compliance requirements are met efficiently.
  • Monitor and control the absconding rate of riders, implementing proactive measures to reduce attrition and unauthorized absences.
  • Ensure all riders receive and adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Track and analyze rider performance metrics to ensure they are consistently achieving top earnings within the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Operation Leads to provide riders with guidance, motivation, and necessary resources to enhance their productivity.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming riders.
  • Address and resolve escalated rider concerns, particularly regarding payouts, work conditions, and compliance.
  • Maintain strict control and tracking of assets allocated to riders, including bikes, uniforms, safety gear, and other company-issued equipment.
  • Implement processes to reduce loss, damage, and unauthorized use of company assets.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure proper documentation and retrieval of assets from riders upon exit or termination.
  • Design and implement processes for managing accidents or incidents involving riders, ensuring prompt response, documentation, and resolution.
  • Work closely with insurance providers, legal teams, and operational departments to streamline accident reporting and claims processes.
  • Analyze incident trends and introduce safety training or interventions to reduce accidents and liability.
  • Supervise and mentor Operation Leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
  • Continuously assess and improve rider onboarding, management, and support processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Leverage data and feedback to identify operational gaps and implement strategic improvements.



What you’ll need?


  • 10+ years of experience in an operations or people management role, preferably within logistics, delivery, or transportation.
  • Prior experience managing large blue-collar workforces and handling high-volume operational challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
