
Job Description:
The Assistant Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager (PM) in managing project operations and ensuring the seamless flow of information and activities between Emdad and various project stakeholders. This position requires proficiency in handling operational requests, generating monthly reports, and managing invoices. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to contribute to project planning and implementation processes while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. The Assistant Project Manager will also assist the PM with various administrative tasks and support project documentation efforts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field

.Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and following up on all operational requests between Emdad and the project tea
- Support the preparation and submission of detailed monthly reports that capture project progress, challenges, and next step
- Manage the invoicing process by ensuring all submitted invoices are accurate, complete, and submitted time
- Track project milestones and deliverables to monitor progress and compliance with deadline
- Facilitate internal and external communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standard
- Participate in project planning sessions with the PM to develop strategies for successful project execution
- Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance project performance
- Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in project processes and contribute to continuous improvement effort
- Help maintain project management documentation and systems to ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Attend project meetings as needed and take notes to document discussions and action item
- Support the PM in assessing project risks and developing mitigation plan
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing necessary project briefs and documentation
- Ensure the consistent application of policies and procedures within the project tea
