Job Description

Nutrifactor is seeking a dedicated and proactive candidate to join our team as an “Assistant Sales Coordinator” responsible for supporting sales team activities and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualification: Bachelors or higher (Management Fields)

Experience: 0-1 years

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and records.
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
  • Make reports related to sales operations.
  • Assist marketing coordinator in day-to-day after sales activities.
  • Communicate with clients and provide necessary information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at an advanced level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
