We are looking for an Associate Odoo Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customising, and maintaining Odoo modules for our internal and external projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications and modules based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to understand client needs.
Optimize existing Odoo implementations by troubleshooting, debugging, and improving performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python and XML code following best practices.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
Participate in software testing, including unit and integration tests, to ensure application quality.
Assist in user training and documentation for new features and updates.
Stay updated on new Odoo features, tools, and best practices to enhance development efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of Odoo development experience (or relevant experience with ERP systems and Python).
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Odoo framework, including ORM, workflows, and views.
Familiarity with Odoo module development, customization, and migrations.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Preferred:Experience with Git, Docker, or Linux environments.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
