Job Title: Lead Graphic DesignerJob SummaryLead the creative design function across branding, digital, print, animation, gaming visuals, and AI-generated content while ensuring strong brand consistency and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and styling</li><li>Create creative and conceptual key visuals as per brand guidelines</li><li>Design and animate logos and brand elements</li><li>Create video animations for marketing and digital platforms</li><li>Design game screens including environment, UI, and layouts</li><li>Create character concepts and character animations</li><li>Design and manage print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.)</li><li>Generate AI-based images for branding and marketing use</li><li>Create AI-generated videos for campaigns and presentations</li><li>Develop AI-generated characters and animations</li><li>Review and ensure quality and consistency of all design outputs</li><li>Guide and support junior designers when required</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design</li><li>Strong knowledge of branding, creative design, and visual storytelling</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)</li><li>Experience in game design, UI design, and character animation</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, video, and character generation</li><li>Knowledge of print design standards and production</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in gaming, digital products, or interactive media</li><li>Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
