Job Summary:

The role involves preparing and analysing standalone and consolidated financial statements at the holding level, covering over 25 books across various divisions and legal entities. The position requires coordination with business unit finance teams, conducting financial reviews, and assisting in external/internal audits to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

· Prepare and analyse monthly and yearly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Consolidate financial data from multiple entities to create comprehensive group-level reports.

Liaison with Business Units:

· Coordinate with business unit finance teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

· Ensure smooth communication between holding-level finance and subsidiary finance teams.

Financial Reviews & Evaluations:

· Conduct general reviews of financial statements across group entities.

· Identify inconsistencies, variances, and financial risks, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Audit Support & Compliance:

· Assist in executing external and internal audits, ensuring timely completion.

· Work closely with auditors and finance teams to prepare audit schedules and resolve queries.

Support to Group Finance Manager:

· Assist in auditing group divisions’ books and perform other financial tasks as assigned.

· Support in financial strategy, policy implementation, and compliance initiatives.

Technical Competencies:

· Audit/Financial Reporting Certifications (Preferred)

• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Strong Excel skills required
• Power BI (for financial reporting and data visualization)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree (MBA/M. Com) required; CA-Inter preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Audit/Accounts
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
