Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into bookings.
  • Conduct site tours for prospective clients and showcase venue capabilities.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to clients.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through to event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (catering, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of on-site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote banquet and event services.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future bookings.
