<li>Executes annual marketing plan budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, and DOS.</li>
<li>Partners with Operations, Food and beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.</li>
<li>Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and any third-party agencies on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.</li>
<li>Manages F&amp;B marketing calendar.</li>
<li>Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.</li>
<li>Social Media Content Management</li>
<li>Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).</li>
<li>Develops and executes promotions campaigns in F&amp;B, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.</li>
<li>Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responding accordingly.</li>
<li>Develops a comprehensive PR plan per quarter.</li>
<li>Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contacts, including food critics and bloggers.</li>
<li>Writes and distributes all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets.</li>
<li>Manages the execution of hotel-sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.</li>
<li>Supports pull-through of impactful PR strategy &amp; activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.</li>
<li>Verifies the news clippings and other online, print, and social media report</li>
<li>Manages external vendors and media agencies; works with agency partners<br/></li>
</ul>
<div> What We need from you: </div>
<ul>
<li>4-5 years bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major;</li>
<li>2-3 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.</li>
<li>Previous marketing experience in International brands, hotels, lodging, or the travel industry preferred</li>
<li>Experience with marketing plan development and execution</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to influence, guide, and lead executive-level colleagues.</li>
<li>Good presentation and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to use research tools and interpret marketing data to develop marketing plans and programs that generate desired business results</li>
<li>Strong understanding of all key functional areas of business from Sales, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Communication, and Operations</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
<li>Experience managing agencies</li>
<li>Superior Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills required</li>
<li>Strong English (both spoken/written) is required</li>

<p>We are currently recruiting for a full time <b>Receiving Officer/Storekeeper </b>to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.</p>
<p>As a Receiving Officer/StoreKeeper, you are responsible to receive, inspect, records and in checking the contents to ensure they match the orders and your role will include key responsibilities such as:</p>
<p>Receiving Officer</p>
<ul>
<li>To ensure we receive the correct packages and stock them properly</li>
<li>Collaborate with procurement team to list expected deliveries</li>
<li>Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt</li>
<li>Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged</li>
<li>Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)</li>
<li>Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified</li>
<li>Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place</li>
<li>Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control</li>
</ul>
<p>Store Keeper</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring the store is kept clean and organized</li>
<li>Issuing beverage accordingly with the approved requisition</li>
<li>Ensuring all beverages has proper labelling and well arranged in the store</li>
<li>Re ordering the beverage items and coordinating with F&amp;B Team accordingly on their new order, slow moving including short expiry items</li>
<li>Able to do monthly inventory on beverages promptly</li>
</ul>
<p>Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task &amp; meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.</p>
