Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in marketing and placing bench consultants, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, and ensuring successful, timely placements. This position requires a deep understanding of US IT staffing, visa types, and tax terms.

Note: Only candidates with 3–5 years of Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing will be considered. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Market and place IT bench consultants across various visa types (OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, US Citizens).
  • End-to-end handling of the bench sales cycle: sourcing, submission, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and placements.
  • Maintain and grow a network of Tier 1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
  • Regularly interact with consultants to assess their skills, preferences, and availability.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and meeting placement targets.

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong vendor/client network and database.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven with a high level of discipline.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market trends and staffing needs.
