Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Architectural & Façade to join our innovative team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture, particularly in façade detailing and the development of complex Revit families. This role plays a critical part in producing high-quality, clash-free BIM models that meet project specifications, align with UAE standards, and support interdisciplinary coordination across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and façade systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Create, edit, and manage parametric Revit families based on project-specific façade and architectural requirements.
• Convert CAD drawings and architectural design concepts into intelligent BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and façade consultants to ensure technical alignment and modeling accuracy.
• Ensure all BIM outputs comply with UAE BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and required Level of Development (LOD).
• Participate in clash detection, coordination meetings, and issue resolution workflows.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout all design and construction phases.
• Support the preparation of construction documents, shop drawings, and coordination layouts derived from BIM models.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a specialization in architectural and façade modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, including family creation, model setup, and detailing.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, façade systems, and fabrication principles.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, construction documentation standards, and BIM protocols.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or Dynamo is an advantage.
