We are seeking a qualified and experienced Boiler Engineer to operate, maintain, and monitor boiler systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient boiler operations, conduct preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-pressure and low-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor boiler parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and fuel levels, to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of boilers and associated systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair any faults or malfunctions in boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and controls.
• Maintain accurate logs of boiler performance, maintenance work, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments during shutdowns or emergencies.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new boiler systems or upgrades.
• Keep inventory of spare parts and request replacements as necessary.
• Participate in safety drills and internal/external audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Certified Boiler Engineer (1st or 2nd class certification depending on regional regulations).
• 3–5 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial boilers.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, combustion principles, and safety protocols.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with computer-based control systems.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot, noisy, and confined environments.
