Job Description

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

Must have UAE Driving License

Job Purpose:

Accountable for day-to-day supervision of Branch operations, including sales, administration, staff management, stock management, customer service and financial performance.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate to manage branch sales and operations should have an excellent communication skill, selling skills, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should also possess knowledge of sales strategies and techniques as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate should have a good understanding of the company’s products and services and be able to develop relationships with customers. Should also be able to manage the sales team and motivate them to reach their goals.

· Existing Customer – Sustain the revenue of the branch by retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.

· New Customer Acquisition – Successfully convert the walk-in customers into sales.

· Sales Planning and Forecast – Make a monthly sales plan and forecast for continuous growth.

· Identify the market needs, introduce new varieties, and variants of products, and make a competitive analysis of products and pricing.

· Keep a tap on non-moving products / designs and take suitable action as needed.

· Customer Service / Order Fulfilment - To provide end-to-end support to customers through the process of order fulfilment and grievance resolution; address and resolve customers' distress and issues.

· Ensure that products are delivered on time.

· Review and ensure pending orders are closed before placing new sales orders.

· Procurement - Coordinate with the respective personnel to ensure customer requested products are imported on time or purchased locally for delivery.

· Inactive Customers – Follow up with inactive customers to make them buy the company’s products.

· Reporting – Update the daily sales report on meetings, sales done, value obtained, customer issues, stock requirements, and manpower issues.

· Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and allocate duties to staff. Staff attendance, movement, and leave management.

· Staffing, counselling, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
