Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, IT, or related field)
Experience: 1 years and above Relevant experience in business process analysis, documentation, and IT project support
Monthly Salary Package: 7,000 SAR up to 8,000 SAR
Qualifications:

• Proficient in modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and requirement gathering using UML, use cases, and process flows
• Understanding of business process improvement strategies
• Familiarity with various technologies and platforms including legacy systems, client/server, and object-oriented programming
• Experience in test case design and review
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Language Requirements: English (Fluent); Arabic (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess current processes to define and document improvements
• Recommend procedural changes and best practices
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, senior management, and business users
• Develop clear business requirement documentation for IT projects
• Participate in testing processes and ensure requirements are met
• Support development of operational procedures and process improvements
