Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD/BRS) using and applying best practices according to the CBAP framework. It is preferable for the analyst to be CBAP certified.

Directly coordinate with partners and all departments regarding all requirements and improvements related to smart services and prepare the Business Analysis Document

Identify business needs and end-user requirements. - Analyze all requests received from different departments.

Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain final approval for the launch of services and programs

Should be familiar with AGILE PM Methodology (SCRUM Master) and Bilingual (Arabic/ English).

Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in related fields.

Candidates must be knowledgeable about Dubai government standards for applications developments including specifications for people of determination and other standards as they arise by government of Dubai.

Candidates must be familiar with dev-ops and CI-CD Tools and practices.
