Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis efforts to evaluate school operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications to support the school’s objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis to determine discrepancies between current practices and desired outcomes.
  • Partner with project managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables related to school operations and educational programs.
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide updates to school leadership.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and staff to gather and validate business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison between school departments and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  • Analyze school performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in educational and operational areas.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
  • Propose solutions to address identified challenges and support the school’s strategic goals.
  • Work with IT and other departments to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new tools.
  • Ensure that solutions are effectively integrated into existing processes and deliver the intended benefits.
  • Evaluate and streamline school processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Implement process changes and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation for school processes, system requirements, and user guides.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to staff and faculty to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Ensure that all processes and solutions comply with relevant regulations and educational standards.
  • Identify and address potential risks related to business changes and new implementations.
