Experience: 3-7 years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE (onsite). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process analysis, automation, and digital transformation. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is preferred. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Process Assessment · Work closely with business teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. · Gather, document, and validate business requirements for RPA and other automation solutions. · Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess automation potential. · Define AS-IS and TO-BE workflows using process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). 2. Solution Design & Documentation · Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to design automation workflows. · Create detailed process documentation (PDD, SDD) and standard operating procedures. · Identify business risks, compliance requirements, and security concerns related to automation. · Ensure that automation aligns with overall digital transformation strategies. 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication · Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership. · Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand business needs and automation expectations. · Manage change requests, approvals, and post-implementation feedback. 4. Testing & Implementation Support · Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate automation performance. · Provide training and documentation for business users on new automation solutions. · Assist in deployment planning and post-implementation monitoring. 5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement · Track automation KPIs and ROI metrics to measure process efficiency improvements. · Recommend enhancements to existing automation processes for better scalability and optimization. · Stay updated on the latest RPA and AI-driven automation trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ✅Experience: 3-7 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation, RPA, or digital transformation projects. ✅Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and optimize business processes. ✅Process Documentation: Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi). ✅Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with business users, developers, and senior leadership. ✅Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, especially for client interactions. ✅Industry Exposure: Experience in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus. Good-to-Have Skills (RPA & Automation Knowledge): ✔ Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). ✔ Basic understanding of Python, VBA, or JavaScript for automation scripting. ✔ Knowledge of AI/ML-based automation ✔ Understanding of process mining tools (Celonis, Power Automate). ✔ Agile methodology and experience in JIRA, Confluence.
