Experience: 3-7 years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE (onsite). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process analysis, automation, and digital transformation. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is preferred. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis &amp;amp; Process Assessment &middot; Work closely with business teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. &middot; Gather, document, and validate business requirements for RPA and other automation solutions. &middot; Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess automation potential. &middot; Define AS-IS and TO-BE workflows using process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). 2. Solution Design &amp;amp; Documentation &middot; Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to design automation workflows. &middot; Create detailed process documentation (PDD, SDD) and standard operating procedures. &middot; Identify business risks, compliance requirements, and security concerns related to automation. &middot; Ensure that automation aligns with overall digital transformation strategies. 3. Stakeholder Management &amp;amp; Communication &middot; Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership. &middot; Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand business needs and automation expectations. &middot; Manage change requests, approvals, and post-implementation feedback. 4. Testing &amp;amp; Implementation Support &middot; Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate automation performance. &middot; Provide training and documentation for business users on new automation solutions. &middot; Assist in deployment planning and post-implementation monitoring. 5. Performance Monitoring &amp;amp; Continuous Improvement &middot; Track automation KPIs and ROI metrics to measure process efficiency improvements. &middot; Recommend enhancements to existing automation processes for better scalability and optimization. &middot; Stay updated on the latest RPA and AI-driven automation trends. Required Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications: &#9989; Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. &#9989;Experience: 3-7 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation, RPA, or digital transformation projects. &#9989;Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and optimize business processes. &#9989;Process Documentation: Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi). &#9989;Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with business users, developers, and senior leadership. &#9989;Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, especially for client interactions. &#9989;Industry Exposure: Experience in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus. Good-to-Have Skills (RPA &amp;amp; Automation Knowledge): &#10004; Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). &#10004; Basic understanding of Python, VBA, or JavaScript for automation scripting. &#10004; Knowledge of AI/ML-based automation &#10004; Understanding of process mining tools (Celonis, Power Automate). &#10004; Agile methodology and experience in JIRA, Confluence.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Business Analyst (RPA Knowledge Preferred)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power Automate; Copilot Studio Developer with strong English communication skills to work onsite in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, automating, and optimizing business processes using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), and Copilot Studio. The role requires a deep understanding of automation, chatbot development, and integration with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: &middot; Design, develop, and implement Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA) to automate business processes. &middot; Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance user experiences. &middot; Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs. &middot; Work with business teams to analyze process requirements and design efficient automation solutions. &middot; Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate workflows and chatbots to improve performance and scalability. &middot; Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met while implementing automation solutions. &middot; Provide documentation, training, and support to end users on automation solutions. &middot; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business workflows. Required Skills &amp;amp; Experience: &middot; 2+ years of experience working with Power Automate (Cloud &amp;amp; Desktop), Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform. &middot; Strong knowledge of workflow automation, RPA development, API integrations, and data connectors. &middot; Experience in developing chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating them into business processes. &middot; Proficiency in PowerApps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure services, and Dataverse is a plus. &middot; Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or PowerFX for automation enhancements. &middot; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze business processes for automation. &middot; Excellent English communication skills &ndash; ability to interact with stakeholders, document requirements and provide training.&middot; Prior experience working in an onsite client-facing role is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: &middot; Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-500, or PL- 600). &middot; Experience working in banking, finance, or enterprise business process automation is a plus. &middot; Familiarity with AI and machine learning integrations within automation solutions.
