Pinsent Masons is an internal law firm with 27 offices globally. The firm has four offices in the Middle East; Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai and Riyadh. Pinsent Masons obtained a foreign law licence last year and is now in the process of building the team in Saudi Arabia, so this role will provide a huge opportunity for ownership and development.

This Business Development & Marketing Executive role is based in our new Riyadh office, where the successful candidate will have responsibility for the implementation of marketing and business development plans in KSA as part of the wider development of the firm in the Middle East region.

Working under the guidance of the Dubai based BD Manager, the role requires a wide portfolio of skills including assisting lawyers in managing client relationships, building the firm’s brand and reputation in the region through the full marketing mix.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience in revenue generation through various methods such as maintaining relationships with external bodies, intermediaries and suppliers or delivering regional events.
  • Experienced in the effective use of all communication channels, including PR, client e-newsletter, social media, sponsorship opportunities and conferences etc.
  • Ability to support the implementation of the region's business development and marketing plans, focussing on the development of reputation and key relationships.
  • Experienced in use of the CRM systems and the creation and use of bespoke marketing collateral.
