Ezify SMC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate having US sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls and email campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to our overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate leads.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
• Manage and maintain the customer database for follow-ups and relationship building.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on products/services, and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, and conversions.
• Prepare and present reports on call performance, email campaigns, and overall lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, Sales, Business Development, telemarketing, or a similar sales role in US campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
