Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team at IZOC Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. We warmly welcome freshers who are enthusiastic, quick learners, and ready to contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and a basic understanding of eCommerce business models and business development fundamentals. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive eCommerce training, learn email communication, and master the basics of internal and external organizational communication. After training, you will engage with a large pipeline of potential clients, creating personalized video tutorials or audits using Loom to generate leads for Spectrum BPO. You will also schedule appointments via phone or email, coordinate with Business Development Executives/Managers to qualify clients, and skillfully pitch Spectrum’s services while overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain and update client databases.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Required).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce business models and business development is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
