Job Description

Sales Executive – Cleaning Services

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities for cleaning services, targeting both commercial and residential clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored cleaning solutions to meet those needs.
  • Close sales and negotiate contracts, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role or in the cleaning/service industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for achieving sales targets and earning commission.
  • Ability to work independently, actively prospecting new clients and building your own network.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales is a plus.
  • Flexible work schedule and willingness to work on a commission basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD200.000 per month
