Job Description
Sales Executive – Cleaning Services
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities for cleaning services, targeting both commercial and residential clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored cleaning solutions to meet those needs.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role or in the cleaning/service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for achieving sales targets and earning commission.
- Ability to work independently, actively prospecting new clients and building your own network.
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales is a plus.
- Flexible work schedule and willingness to work on a commission basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From BD200.000 per month
