As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Overview:

As the Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Dhofar Global . You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations to clients, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hygiene and cleaning industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Valid UAE driving license
