Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with experience in interior fit-out to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the UAE, a solid understanding of commercial and residential interiors, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for interior fit-out projects
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Understand client needs and propose tailored design & fit-out solutions
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contract terms
• Achieve sales targets and project acquisition goals
• Coordinate with design and project teams for seamless delivery

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry
• Strong UAE market knowledge and client network
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and close deals efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
