Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage client portfolios, develop new prospects, and drive cross-border business growth. They will also build relationships, generate proposals, and maximize business opportunities while advising clients on company products and services


Responsibilities

  1. Develop knowledge of target markets, identify potential clients, and create sales strategies to convert leads into revenue.
  2. Conduct industry research, analyze findings, and report new business opportunities to management.
  3. Anticipate client needs, identify buying influences, and develop high-level contacts within prospect clients.
  4. Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales targets and drive cross-border sales.
  5. Establish relationships with business partners and work with the marketing team to build the company brand.
  6. Manage local accounts, support revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling, and maintain client relationships.
  7. Travel to visit clients, support pricing and contract negotiations, and ensure professional client proposals.
  8. Update client activities in Salesforce.com, manage the sales pipeline, and track all points of contact.
  9. Supervise administrative and financial activities, support in collections, and seek approval for non-standard discounts.


Qualifications, skills and experience


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
