Looking for a Female Nurse with minimum of 3 years of experience. Must have worked as an Industrial or Occupational health nurse in Greater Noida location.Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)<ul><li>Assist the Physician with the management of cases and act as the first point of contact for patients, triage incoming cases, level of complexity and urgency of the request.</li><li>Schedule patient calls with the appropriate team members and ensure that incoming questions or requests from existing patients are efficiently managed.</li><li>Provide patient advocacy services to ensure optimal outcomes.</li><li>Consolidate suggestions for addition of new specialists to the network provider list after positive experience with the firm clinicians for further vetting, credentialing and network addition.</li><li>Research medical conditions to help patients understand their medical situation, and arrange medical record reviews.</li><li>Facilitate medical appointments and responses from medical providers.</li><li>Provide advice and guidance on hospital transfers whereby the necessary logistics would be using the Client&rsquo;s emergency response vendor where relevant and assist with hospital discharge planning.</li><li>Assist the Physician with administrative documentation.</li><li>Administrative patient intake responsibilities including ensuring participant consent has been signed and documented, including disclaimers regarding responsibility of the employee / patient to verify their healthcare benefits coverage, eligibility, insurer network, etc.</li><li>Ensure that case documentation is completed, and that policies and protocols are in place and updated accordingly.</li><li>Assist as necessary with awareness drives and related presentations regarding services.</li><li>Manage all relevant aspects of patient clinical records to include filing, archiving, etc.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;28,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
