<p>The Ancillary Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the following ancillary departments: Health and Safety, PrevMed, Public Health, Mortuary Affairs, Imaging, and Laboratory Services. This role will ensure that our facilities are in line with all contractual requirements; additionally, this role with ensure our clinicians have everything they need to provide the highest level of service to customers.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> Key Responsibilities </b></h2>
</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Ensures daily operations of Health and Safety, PrevMed, Public Health, Mortuary Affairs, Imaging and Laboratory Services.</li>
<li>Coordinates with Project Management Office (PMO) to help manage general operations, human resources and recruiting.</li>
<li>Covers the PMO duties as required per project needs.</li>
<li>Plans and prioritizes day to day activities and tasks.</li>
<li>Works collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer and Nurse Manager to provide the highest level of medical care with the resources given.</li>
<li>Drives and develops the quality agenda for the ancillary services.</li>
<li>Represents International SOS to the Prime and/or government personnel.</li>
<li>Works closely with recruiting and HR to ensure adequate staffing and a positive working environment and culture.</li>
<li>Responds to contract, facility, and other emergencies.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.<br/></li>

<li><b>Required Skills and Knowledge</b></li>
<li><b> Experience Required:</b></li>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare administration.</li>
</ul>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li><b><br/> Education Required:</b></li>
<li>Clinical background with experience leading allied healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>MBA or MS in Health Care or Hospital Administration or Advanced Professional degree is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Current American Heart Association/Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>
</ul>

<li>Understand complexities of culturally sensitive healthcare.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate medical records.</li>

<li><b> Physical Requirements:</b></li>
<li>Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.</li>
<li>Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.</li>
<li>Other Special Qualifications:</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.</li>
<li>US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.</li>
<li>Must be able to relocate to Qatar.</li>
<li>A valid passport is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport.</li>
