Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya Lahore is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to help expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the furniture or home décor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business leads and sales opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a CRM database of prospects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Al Haadi Mobilya.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (furniture, retail, or interior design preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Lahore.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the furniture industry and interior design trends.
• Experience working with B2B clients such as architects, builders, or corporate buyers.
• Strong networking abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
