We're looking for a Business Manager – Trading to lead and grow our high-impact trading vertical for monomers, solvents, acetates, and specialty chemicals.

Job Highlights:

• Own & grow a diverse chemical trading portfolio
• Build and nurture strong supplier and customer relationships, including key account handling
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial metrics to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure strong governance across receivables, credit control, inventory management, and working capital
• Manage, mentor, and drive performance of a team of Sales Managers and commercial staff

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in trading, business management/ commercial leadership
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong command over pricing strategy, margin management, and P&L accountability
• Deep understanding of trading markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
