Job Summary

We seek an experienced CAD Draftsman specializing in wooden furniture technical drawings and measurements. The successful candidate will create precise technical drawings and specifications for wooden furniture products using AutoCAD software, ensuring accurate measurements and manufacturing-ready designs after site survey.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing Creation
• Design and develop detailed technical drawings for wooden furniture products using AutoCAD
• Create accurate 2D and 3D models with precise measurements and specifications
• Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings with proper tolerances and annotations
• Maintain consistent drawing standards and templates
• Measurement Accuracy
• Verify and validate all measurements in technical drawings
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and proper scaling
• Create detailed dimension sheets and measurement specifications
• Cross-reference measurements against manufacturing requirements
• Design Documentation
• Prepare complete technical packages including:
• Assembly drawings
• Component layouts
• Cut lists
• Material specifications
• Manufacturing instructions
• Quality Control
• Review and validate drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Verify compliance with company standards and manufacturing requirements
• Maintain drawing revision control and document updates
• Collaborate with production team to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Education & Experience
• Diploma or degree in design, drafting, or related field hassanabul.com
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in CAD drafting, preferably in wooden furniture industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawing skills
