We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Call Center Agents to join our growing team at Squad International for our U.S.-based DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in any DME process, including lead generation, doctor follow-ups (doctor chasing), or live call transfers.

Role Will Include:

• Making outbound calls to patients and medical offices in the U.S.
• Explaining DME product benefits and gathering relevant patient data
• Handling live transfers, doctor coordination, and prescription follow-ups
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Required Background:

• Previous experience in DME campaigns is a must (lead gen, doctor chasing, or transfers)
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare system and DME terminology
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment
• Must be able to join immediately and commute to PECHS Block 2, Karachi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
