What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire: Manage and mentor a team of call center agents to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor and improve: Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and response time.
- Coach and develop: Provide hands-on training, support, and regular feedback to team members.
- Resolve escalations: Handle complex or escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure quality: Oversee call quality and compliance with internal standards and procedures.
- Analyze and report: Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Call Center Manager.
- Drive efficiency: Recommend process improvements for better performance and customer experience.
- Manage schedules: Oversee team shifts and attendance to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence: Create a positive and productive work environment for your team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with call center systems and tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
