• Control Room Operations: Manage daily cargo activities and coordinate logistics through the control room.
• Import & Export Queries: Handle and resolve client inquiries related to import/export shipments.
• Container & Shipper Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines and transporters for timely container movements.
• Dispatch & Delivery Oversight: Schedule, monitor, and ensure on-time dispatches and deliveries.
• Delivery Monitoring: Track all shipments and address any delivery issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Provide daily operational updates and shipment status reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or cargo operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and shipment tracking systems
• Willingness to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
