Job Description
Job Summary
To perform carpentry tasks related to the construction, assembly, and installation of wooden and composite components for insulated panels. This role involves precise cutting, fitting, and finishing to ensure quality and durability, supporting the production of CGS Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Executive / Technical Duties
Component Fabrication: Cut, shape, and prepare wood/composite materials using saws, routers, and carpentry tools per design specifications.
Assembly and Fitting: Assemble and align components to ensure structural integrity and durability.
Surface Preparation and Finishing: Sand, trim, and apply coatings to surfaces for smooth and professional finishes.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings and blueprints for accurate carpentry execution.
Repair and Maintenance: Repair or replace wooden components as needed to meet quality standards.
Quality Control: Inspect parts for fit, finish, and structural reliability.
Tool Maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and maintain carpentry equipment.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and ensure correct tool handling.
Documentation and Reporting: Log tasks, materials used, and update supervisors on progress and issues.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1–3 years in carpentry or woodworking (preferably manufacturing)
Certificates / Licenses
Carpentry or woodworking certification

مراقبة الجودة: فحص الأجزاء من حيث المطابقة، المتانة، والتشطيب.
صيانة المعدات: تنظيف ومعايرة معدات النجارة وضمان صلاحيتها للعمل.
السلامة: الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE).
التوثيق والتقارير: تسجيل المهام والمواد وإبلاغ المشرفين بالتحديثات والملاحظات.
المؤهلات
التعليم
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
الخبرة
- من 1 إلى 3 سنوات خبرة في النجارة أو الأعمال الخشبية (ويُفضّل بيئة صناعية)
الشهادات / التراخيص
شهادة في النجارة أو الأعمال الخشبية
