Job Description Summary
Supporting the Workplace Experience team to ensure colleagues get the best experience within our workplacesAdmin support for Workplace Experience team
Booking meetings and events, managing event accepts and providing other meeting and event logistical support
Attending meetings, taking actions & minutes, keeping track of actions from multiple meetings and ensuring the Workplace Experience team follow through on these actions
Keeping finance trackers up to date
Looking after central lists of the communities we support
Arranging agendas for stakeholder meetings
Answering questions and queries from colleagues on all thing Workplace
Supporting with Workplace event logistics
Attending events and Workplace activities - capturing feedback from colleagues
Supporting Workplace Experience team members on projects
Observing and understanding colleague pain points and feeding back to team
Sourcing information internally and externally that could help drive a better overall workplace experience
