• Execution and supervision of multiple projects from conception to completion (appartment, restaurants)
• Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site
• Ensure quality construction standards and usage of proper HSSE construction techniques
• Ensure that any changes in project plan is executed by contractors
• Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time
• Selection of project tool, material and equipment and track inventory
• Keep accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process
• Identify potential problems at the site and resolve any emerging ones
• Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers
• Project Reporting
• knowledge of bill of quantities & estimation
