Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the conditions of the structures and make recommendations for solutions.
• Conduct research and development activities in civil engineering, including designing and developing new products, technologies, and systems.
• Design method statements and research methodologies to address specific objectives.
• Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and developments in civil engineering.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research and assessment findings to various stakeholders.

Requirements Educational and Experience:

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in concrete technology, condition assessment of structures, and destructive and non-destructive testing.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure with exceptional commitment to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
