Job Description:

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager for our Health and Benefits division. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing innovative and strategic solutions to their health and benefits needs. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our clients' health and benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all health and benefits related matters
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review their current plans, identify gaps and propose solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to meet clients' needs
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with relevant and competitive benefits packages
• Manage and negotiate contracts with insurance carriers and other vendors on behalf of clients
• Monitor and analyze clients' health and benefits data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Provide support and guidance to team members, including mentoring and training

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client management or similar role, preferably in the health and benefits industry
• Strong understanding of health and benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and strategic solutions
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with data and analytics tools
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as HIPAA and ERISA
• Professional certification in a related field, such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHRS), is a plus.
