
Job Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, preferences, and objectives.
· Work closely with clients to plan and organize events, ensuring their vision aligns with the company's offerings and capabilities.
· Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and other teams to ensure all logistics, timelines, and requirements are met.
· Keep clients informed about event progress, including budgets, timelines, and any changes. Collect feedback during and after events to ensure satisfaction.
· Handle any concerns, complaints, or last-minute changes promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless event experience.
· Manage contracts, pricing, and payment schedules. Ensure events are executed within budget and according to client specifications.
· Conduct post-event debriefs with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
· Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
Other details: Good Communication skills, presentable personality and positive attitude is a mandatory requirement.
Education: Graduate/Masters
Experience: At least 2 years in same role with event management company is mandatory.
