Job Description
Location - Qatar(1) Urgent

Client Service Executive Duties and Responsibilities
  • Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Train new clients and make sure of full understanding of modules & solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects with SMIT customers and campaigns that directly affect each client.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each SMIT client that can be employed by other departments as well.
  • Assist with/handle escalated customer support issues.
  • Simplifies and strengthens customer experiences and builds customers' trust by listening to feedback, understanding reasons for dissatisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve.
  • Makes recommendations for service improvement plans and ensures actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner.
  • Uncover potential clients' needs to sell solutions.
  • Assist sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
  • Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
  • Work on own or as part of a team to achieve targets.
