ROLE AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES


PR & Influencers

  • Foster strong and credible relationships with influencers and media teams to enhance brand awareness and support.
  • Lead the brand’s Influencer Marketing Strategy, defining event strategies, secured media opportunities, and paid partnerships while managing budgets and campaign performance.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute brand events.
  • Build and expand a diverse digital media network to drive the brand strategy and maximize brand exposure.
  • Handle media inquiries, including promo and product briefs.
  • Ensure timely and strategic product seeding to designated influencers and media partners in alignment with the marketing schedule.
  • Oversee the PR strategy for each campaign in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Manage the Influencer Agency responsible for identifying and securing influencers.
  • Supervise the Creative Agency to ensure content creation aligns with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the success of influencer and PR campaigns, tracking key performance indicators.
  • Strengthen the local content creation strategy by adapting influencer-generated content for use on Clarins’ owned platforms.


Social Media

  • Oversee the management of Clarins’ owned social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop and execute a locally relevant content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all owned channels.
  • Devlope and Implement a yearly dedcared and clear plaining approach for each platform, aligning with business objectives and brand positioning goals.

  • Manage Social Media and Creative Agencies to ensure business and creative goals are met.
  • Plan and oversee social media content, following global guidelines, and ensure all posts on owned platforms are well-executed.
  • Work with internal teams (e-commerce, Retail, and sales) to grow the Clarins brand and create content based on marketing plans, digital campaigns, and Retail sales promotions.
  • Increase engagemnt / followers across all platformes.


Brand Media


  • Develop and implement the paid media plan aligning wth brand stratgey and strengthen the brand’s market position.
  • Plan and execute s.media marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s identity.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and growth.
  • Create and adapt global brand content to ensure relevance for the local market.
  • Oversee the Creative Agency in developing all creative assets.
  • Collbrate with the Digital Agency to ensure the effective execution of paid digital media plans.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends, with a strong focus on consumer experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for brand media activities, evaluating success against set goals.


Budget


  • Manage the Domestic Media and PR budgets, including strategic execution, billing, and expense approvals.
  • Oversee the free goods budget, ensuring product orders align with P&L guidelines.
  • Monitor the PR Seeding allocated budget.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media and brand media
  • 2+ years’ PR experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
  • Proven experience managing multiple agencies and integrated campaigns
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), content writing, and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, paid media, and influencer marketing
  • Event planning experience
  • Well-connected with media and industry contacts in the region
  • Effective and exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Technical Proficiency

  • MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint
  • Advantageous: background in digital PR, marketing, or eventing

Personal Attributes

  • Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
  • Flexible with travel.
  • High multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven aptitude to solve problems, handle crises and make quick decisions
