Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist in preparing and submitting product registration files through Dubai Municipality&rsquo;s Montaji system (CPRE and CPLS)
</li><li>Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of registered products for submission to Dubai Municipality to facilitate shipment clearance.</li><li>
Help track the status of product registrations and update internal records accordingly.</li><li>
Coordinate with the head office (France) to gather required product documents and artworks.</li><li>
Support day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks related to regulatory submissions.</li><li>
Stay informed of updates or changes in local regulatory requirements and assist the team in implementing them</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors / Masters degree</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with accuracy.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>
Interest in cosmetics, skincare, and regulatory compliance is a plus.</li></ul>

 The role:
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for leading local creative development of 360 campaign assets, including adapting global creative direction to all US touchpoints and adhering to brand guidelines while keeping locally relevant marketing priorities in mind. You will oversee the design team and work closely with Project Management and Purchasing teams to ensure our brand voice is seamless and consistent across collateral, local packaging, merchandising, and digital assets.

 Direct seasonal design development for cross-functional teams including merchandising displays (visuals, lightboxes, education vehicles), print materials (sample cards, booklets, and product maps), and packaging (gift set carton designs, PR mailers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the design team including Junior Graphic Designer and Merchandising Designer, ensuring that the team&rsquo;s creative direction meets brief objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead creative meetings including bi-weekly cross functional team meetings to facilitate project review &amp; approval process. Ensure on-screen presentation and/or in-person mock-ups are prepared for the efficient reviewing process and feedback is captured.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the project management team to assign work, ensure all projects are executed in a timely manner, and routing process is streamlined and efficient.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the purchasing team to ensure all development meets the highest level of quality for all creative work designed and that execution is consistent and within brand guidelines, budget, timelines, and sustainability goals.
 </li>

Mission 1: Distributor Management &amp; Sales Growth
