About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Consultant to join our Global Talent Intelligence team. In this role, you will help drive compensation strategy by analyzing market trends, managing salary benchmarks, and providing data-driven compensation insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities ...
  • Research market compensation data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
  • Prepare detailed reports on salary benchmarks, bonus structures, and equity compensation trends
  • Partner with client teams to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Deliver comprehensive compensation analysis and consulting solutions for client organizations
  • Monitor and report on compensation metrics, ensuring compliance with client policies and local regulations
  • Help maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop compensation strategies and recommendations to client stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis
  • Experience with market compensation data analysis and interpretation
  • Understanding of various compensation components including base pay, bonuses, and equity
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and compensation practices
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Familiarity with equity compensation concepts and practices
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
