Position Overview
The Content Executive plays a key role in managing and delivering high-quality, engaging content across multiple product and interest categories, including F&B, Beauty & Fitness, Attractions & Leisure, Retail & Services, and Travel. This position involves working closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with our brand standards. From content creation and editing to coordination with sales and design teams, the Content Executive is instrumental in bringing our offers to life and enhancing the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner accounts across key verticals: F&B, Beauty & Fitness, Attractions & Leisure, Retail & Services, and Travel.
• Liaise with merchant partners to gather artwork, manage revisions, and obtain final approvals.
• Create, update, and edit content for menus, outlet listings, delivery mappings, and more.
• Collaborate with Editors to craft creative and effective in-app ad content.
• Support Graphic Designers with content drafting as needed.
• Research and develop new content ideas for B2B and B2C purposes, including imagery, menus, and editorial pieces.
• Coordinate content requirements across internal departments including Sales, PMO, and Product teams, ensuring consistency across frontend and backend platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Advertising, Publishing, F&B, Hospitality, or Travel.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven coordination and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce, Freshdesk, and JIRA is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
