Job Position: Content Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. In this role, you will be responsible for research and creating curated content to support product-related trainings and documentation. You’ll work closely with our product and training teams to develop clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand materials that help users maximize the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on AI trends, industry best practices, and product-specific topics to support training content development.
• Create and curate training materials such as user guides, presentations, FAQs, and knowledge base articles related to Sofcom’s products.
• Simplify complex product functionalities into clear, user-friendly content.
• Assist in creating visual content like infographics, product walkthroughs, and demo decks to enhance the training experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, trainers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product updates.
• Regularly review and update existing training materials to reflect new AI capabilities and product enhancements.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality across all training resources.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Communications, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• Strong interest in Technology.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Knowledge of SEO would be a plus
