Job Description Summary

Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Control Management Centre of Excellence: Assist in the development of the first line control management centre of excellence that supports safe growth and enables high-quality customer service.
  • Control Testing : Assist in executing testing of controls according to a pre-defined schedule and help manage any delivery conflicts.
  • Strategy Implementation: Assist in implementing the control testing strategy to deliver reliable results
  • Quality Assurance: Support the team in delivering high-quality testing, following established methodologies to ensure objectives are met in line with policies and standards.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Help with root cause analysis for any test failures and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the control testing methodologies and approach to support efficient and effective testing.
  • Deliver Outcomes: Report findings and deviations using concise and clear reporting and escalate appropriately to senior colleagues.

We would be looking for the following...
  • IT audit qualification (CISA, CISSP, CISM, QiCA or equivalent) or Professional finance, accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience in control testing, through audit (External or internal), SOX control testing, or similar
  • Experience in advanced control testing approaches, such as data analytics, automated testing or similar would be beneficial
  • Ability to work well in a team and deliver quality outputs on time
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
