Job Title: Copywriter – Offline Marketing

Overview:

Sensia Ventures Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter for Offline Marketing to craft compelling, accurate, and brand-aligned content for our print marketing materials. This role is essential to ensuring our brochures, catalogs, flyers, envelopes, insert cards, and product packaging convey clear, persuasive messaging that complies with branding and regulatory standards.

Working in close collaboration with graphic designers, the Marketing Manager, and product teams, the Copywriter will help bring offline campaigns to life while ensuring every piece of content upholds the quality, compliance, and strategic goals of Sensia Ventures Group.

Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation for Print Marketing

- Write persuasive, accurate copy for brochures, envelopes, flyers, insert cards, catalogs, and product packaging.

- Adapt tone and messaging to different target audiences, especially U.S.-based consumers.

- Ensure all materials are consistent with brand voice, positioning, and identity.

2. Product & Compliance Alignment

- Develop clear and benefit-driven product descriptions based on verified supplement facts, ingredient lists, and capsule counts.

- Collaborate with graphics designers to ensure accuracy in pricing, gift mentions, and product claims.

- Include legally required disclaimers and adhere to FDA advertising and labeling regulations.

3. Proofreading & Quality Assurance

- Perform final copy checks before print, verifying grammar, formatting, and compliance.

- Maintain internal checklists to validate all key elements (e.g., SKUs, campaign codes, gifts, UTM codes).

- Support proofreading of translated documents when needed.

4. Cross-Team Project Collaboration

- Work closely with designers and marketing leads to ensure smooth execution of all creative briefs.

- Manage multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.

- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve questions or inconsistencies.

5. Brand Identity & Multi-Client Support

- Adjust writing style to fit different sub-brands or campaign tones.

- Maintain consistency in voice and terminology across all printed communications.

- Respect confidentiality and brand distinctions between different clients or brands managed by Sensia.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 2–4 years of copywriting experience, ideally in health, wellness, or supplements.

- Exceptional command of English; strong grammar, editing, and writing skills.

- Familiarity with print production workflows and offline marketing channels.

- Understanding of FDA and regulatory standards for supplement copy (preferred).

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Direct response copywriting experience (print catalogs or direct mail campaigns).

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Experience in the U.S. dietary supplement or wellness market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
