Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for targeting corporate clients, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Create tailored sales pitches and presentations specific to different industries and client needs, highlighting the manufacturing products' unique value propositions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the sales territory by targeting untapped corporate sectors.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential leads through market research, industry events, networking, and cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and budget, ensuring the product offering is the right fit.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at corporate organizations, including C-level executives, purchasing managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and maintain loyalty.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Presentations & Demonstrations:
  • Present product offerings to potential corporate clients in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Organize product demonstrations, site visits, and virtual meetings to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company’s products.
  • Tailor presentations to client needs, focusing on how the product can solve specific business challenges or improve operations.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies and market expectations.
  • Work with internal teams (legal, finance, etc.) to draft contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Ensure that all contracts and agreements are signed and processed according to company guidelines.
  • Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update records of all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and sales forecasts.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, including achievement against targets, pipeline health, and emerging market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Research:
  • Continuously analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to keep the company’s offerings competitive.
  • Stay informed about changes in industry regulations, technology, and innovations that may impact sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product developments to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns, advertisements, and promotions aimed at corporate clients.
  • Work with the product development team to understand the latest product offerings and provide customer feedback on product enhancements or new features.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of product orders and customer requirements.
  • Customer Support & Post-Sales Service:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients post-sale to ensure successful onboarding, training, and product implementation.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by the client during the post-sales phase and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Follow up on product performance and client feedback, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle and client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Track individual performance against sales goals and work with management to refine strategies to improve sales outcomes.
  • Travel & Client Meetings:
  • Travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed to build relationships, make presentations, and close deals.
  • Participate in industry seminars, conferences, and networking events to stay connected with potential clients and industry influencers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
