Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller to manage and optimize costs across our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will monitor food, beverage, and operational expenses, analyze cost variances, and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across all restaurant outlets.
  • Analyze cost variances, waste, and inventory discrepancies, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain cost control systems, including procurement, pricing, and portion control.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize supplier contracts and pricing.
  • Generate cost reports and recommend strategies for improving profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
